Hi, I will be going to Bangkok next weekend and will be staying at Berkeley Hotel, Pratunam.
My travelling itinerary would be :
Escape Hunt (Located nearby BTS Asok)
Chatuchak Weekend Market
Chinatown (Sampeng Lane)
Platinum Mall, Central World and Siam Paragon
My concerns are:
1. From Don Muang airport, will taxi be able to drop us at the hotel or the road to the hotel is blocked?
2. From Berkeley Hotel to & from Chinatown - is it possible to use Taxi? As we are planning to do some wholesale shopping there. Its quite hard to lug around bags and bags of stocks from station to station.
Would appreciate advises and tips!

We prefer to stay in The Continent Hotel (near Terminal 21), is it safe?? How about Novotel Ploenchit (near Phloen Chit BTS) ? How bad the protest area affect the traffic now??
or... much to stay at Swissotol Le Concorde (along Rachadaphisek Road, near Huai Khwang MRT)??
Much appreciate all "live" update and advise, please.
