Hi, What is a ballpark price range I can expect for a 1 room, basic Koh Phangan rental with the following: - Reliable internet access - Air con - Western bathroom - Kitchenette This is for a longer term stay (3-6 months). I'd like to be close to the Haad Rin Area Thanks
