First time to Koh PhanNan

Hi, I am coming to Koh PhanNan in August for the first time and staying at The Sanctuary and Mai Pen Rai Bungalows. While on the island, can anyone recommend some ‘must-see’ spots/ places of interest and also some ‘must-avoid’ spots? Also, where is the best place for seafood on the island? Is there a preference of who to go with for some serious snorkeling? I would also like to experience some of the culture while staying. Any ideas/advice? One last thing. How is the best way to get around? Thankyou in advance!!!
