Secluded Bungalow Accomodation - Help!!!

I have been looking extensively for a nice bungalow in Koh Samui that is right on the beach (ie - you can stay on the waters edge, not just seaviews)but that is also secluded or private (ie - not bungalow next to bungalow).In Koh Pan Gnan, I found 'The Sanctuary' resort which is similair to what I am looking for in Samui. Can anyone help me please? I am going in mid August.My budget extends to around 3500/night. PS- If not on waters edge then definately with great views close to the beach, but some privacy and seclusion is a must - cheers!!!
