Some of the coastal places in Fife and quite scenic and worth visiting. I don't have enough time to go as far as Crail or maybe even Largo, but what's Kirlcaldy like? Does it have a pleasant coastal area to explore? Thanks for any feedback.
We have been till Aberdour; a nice pleasant town with an old castle, some beaches, a harbour. Just a real quiet Scottish village.

Kirkcaldy is not "quaint" like the little coastal villages. Its a commercial place, but has history. Depends what you want, but don't come for the beach!
