    • [2013] Places to Stay in Dublin for Young Professional

      Dublin Jun 10, 2013 at 1:00 AM

Hi, I will be moving to Dublin for work in September 2013. Likely to be there for at least 2 years. My office will be located at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. Any good suggestions for reasonable accommodation with easy access to public transport and amenities like supermarkets, nightlife, etc? Safety of course is very much a priority also. Much appreciated!

      Left Luggage

      Dublin May 20, 2013 at 4:24 PM

We are shortly to travel to Dublin and will arrive in the centre soon after 9.00am. The hotel doesn't allow check-in until 3pm and has no facilities for leaving luggage. Anyone know anywhere in the Grafton Street area where luggage can be left for a few hours at reasonable cost?

    • Killiney and Dublin with kids

by Upollenci Online Now Jan 8, 2009 at 4:31 AM

Hi there! I'm planning on staying in Killiney for two weeks next July. I'm travelling with my wife and two daughters 5 and 8, who speak English as a second language. Do you have any suggestions as to activities that can bring them into meeting Irish children their age. I'm thinking of crafts courses or activities they could join every other day. Thanks in advance.

      Visiting Dublin - First trip

by Peaudusoie Online Now Oct 9, 2006 at 12:31 PM

HiEveryone I am planning a trip from 11/20 - 11/26 and trying to decide on Dublin. However, I am not sure what is there to do at that time of the year. Is it very cold then? I would like to visit local pubs and restaurants but where is the best place to stay to access the Guiness factory and Waterford Cristal and perhaps to buy good hand made linen? Thank you for responses Peaudusoie

Hi! Just want to know how to get from dublin to killiney, and how much it'll cost to go there. I'll be staying at Ashfield house in Dublin, and would like to do a small trip to the coast. Other tips for daytrips would be nice, too! Thanks. /Sara
