Hi, my friend and I plan to travel from Kilkenny to Dingle. We will NOT be renting a car. We will stay 1 night in Kilkenny and next morning go to Rock of Cashel and then onto Dingle. I am hoping there is a bus that goes to Rock of Cashel from Kilkenny. However, I don't know if we should return to Kilkenny to take a train to Tralee, or maybe Killarney? And then bus into Dingle from either of these two cities? Or, is there a bus from Cashel into Dingle? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
The Bus Eirann website will give you timetables for all buses in Ireland: www.buseirann.ie Can't help with specifis as have not been in that part of Ireland for many years. Sorry.

iarnrodeireann.ie/your_journ... That should show you a map of Irish Rail Combine that with the bus info from other VT member. Sometimes you need to combine bus and rail...there used to be a combined pass. Be care full with times if you have a deadline.
