I need help on getting to Chernovsy

Ill be arriving at the Borispal airport and need to get to Chernovsy. Please tell me how i can get to the bus or train from the airport. Thank you very much Also if you could tell about the hotel near the airport where i could stay a night if necessary. Hoping the rate would be 60-120
