Help with Ukraine Translation

Does anyone know where I can post a photo of a card my grandfather wrote out for me with his name and region of Ukraine/Kiev that he's from? I'm having trouble translating it due to handwriting/cyrillic characters transliteration. I can make out "Ivan Ivanovic Miklooxen" as his name and Volost for Region/parish but that's about it. Also malo = small?
