In China, they issue such a credit card: http://en.unionpay.com/ Is it usable in Kiev? Thanks

No, only Visa, MC and somewhere AmEx are acceptable

You can't use it in Ukraine, Visa and MC are the ones you could use almost everywhere, Diners and AmEx are not so popular but there are some places you could pay with them.
