How to get from railway station to Rosinka hotel ?

Does anybody know how to get to Rosinka hotel in Balakireva street? Only description of hotel is that is only 7 min walk from Lenina Avenue. I will travel soon so please help.Thank you in advance.

    Everything is quite simple - you need to get to Botanitsjnyj Sad metro station (green line). Afterwards you need to walk in the north east direction to Otokar Janos street (metro station is on a crossroad of Lenin avenue and Otokar Janos street). Walk straight forward, in about 800-1000 meters Otokar Janos street will become Balakireva Street.
