Tip Editor for Key West

Didn't there used to be a tip editor for Key West? I've got my Martello Tower tips mixed up (East is under West and v.v.) I've tried to switch them and cannot. I've even tried deleting and recopying them, but I get confused (one of them is called West but the East one is called Martello Tower and Gallery) and put it back under the wrong one. I know this is weak minded of me, but I'd just like someone to rescue me by switching the tip groups.
