B&B in Kenmare

by factorx Online Now Sep 19, 2006 at 1:38 AM

I'm looking for a nice B&B in Kenmare or environment.
Price range may vary from 60 to 90 euro/room.
Because I like to drink some guinness in the evening, it's preferable that there are one or several nice pubs close by, where bar meals are available.

You could check at www.smoothhound.co.uk. Their listings are usually very reliable. Another site I've used is www.2stay.com.

I would reccommend O'Donnabhains, odonnabhains.com/,Silvertree..., Foley's, http://www.foleyskenmare.com/, or, Virginia's, http://www.virginias-kenmare.com/, which are all city centre. With the exception of Silvertrees, they all have their own pubs.

My Favorite of those I recommended is O'Donnabhain's. It is on the registry for its historical preservation. Jer is the best host you could ask for. The rooms are comfortable and the service is impeccable. My favorite part is that after a dram or twelve of Jamesons I don't have to stumble very far for bed.

    Have a Grand Time!
