Hi Anyone know if there are any car hire companies in Kenmare I will be attending a wedding at Sheen Falls but would like to do some sightseeing afterwards. I've been trying to look online but the closest car hire place seems to be in Killarney. Any ideas ?
We recently spent 5 days around that area but flew into Cork and flew out from Shannon. Got a great price with Budget online (pick-up at Cork). Are you flying and how would you be getting to Kenmare? Its not a long drive from Cork to Kenmare and you can go via Blarney Castle! Kenmare is a fairly smallish town and don't remember seeing any rental agencies.

You're very generous to call Kenmare a town ;-) Killarney is the main town in that part of Kerry for the usual shops and services, but Kenmare is only 20 miles away from it, so it's not as remote as you might think.
