Are cigars readibly available in kathmandu, do they have tobacconists shops as i know them, or are they only available through good hotel bars.thank you
I think i have seen a tobacco shop in the super market called 'Bhat Bateni' when i visited last week. I have also seen cigars stocked up in normal small time stores at Thamel

You can find machine made King Edward, etc. many places, but for hand rolled the only place I have found is the bar at Hyatt Hotel. Green Line next to Hotel Annapurna says they are getting some, but they still don't have any as of this week. Red Tusker Bar and Cigar in Lazimpat should be open next month but we are still working on getting our cigar supply here too.
