Documenta - home exchnage with London for a few days?

We'd love to visit the Documenta show sometime in July for maybe a week - is anyone interested in lending us their home in Kassel in exchange for ours in London's Highbury - see www.homeexchange.com #34315 for details. If not, can anyone recommend a good b&b or self-catering apartment? Many thanks
