I'm planning to travel to Kaoshiung 20-26Mar, would like to read up some locals recommend places to visit to eat. Due to the weather changes, I'm not sure if I'm expecting rainy season in Taiwan during March. As I thought of staying in Minsu, I hope to tour around in Pingtung and Kenting.
