Hello, We are currently on holidays in Melaka and have heard that it may be possible to see the fireflies in Sungai Timun from Kuala Linggi. Could you please tell me if there is any accomodation in Kuala Linggi? Also, is there any public transport to and from Kuala Lingii? Thanks.
I think you'll have to enquire locally since most folks I know talk about seeing fire flies in Kuala Selangor..

yes-that is also the only option I have heard about. (Sungai=river, that does not say to much).Cannot get there easily by normal bus-so book tour and if by magic you can choose between come back to KL or overnight in their guesthse. Or maybe you mean Kuala Tinggi? But that is far, far further on. Also not sure if they do fireflies there.
