Am in canada just got from Kampala. DVD renter never seen 'cuz just been for short period but you buy DVD/Vidoes and their players. but many of the products they had are Chinese made. Any DVD from here might not work there, but it's ok you can buy the kind of DVD players we have here from there for about150 good one. I got for200 US I was up here for some business in western part, Hoima District. About hair, are you kidding? I don't know how much lady's hair might 'cost I know here in Canada you something get like80.00 CAN or more for the color and all the other stuff. But there I think it should take like half of that or less. around20 US or less
