The best way is to take a train to Mannheim and change there into a direct train to Frankfurt airport. You can check times and fares on www.bahn.de Click on the flag to switch to English.

HBF = Hauptbahnhof = main train station. Your train from Kaiserslautern will take you to the main train station, and it's there that you change into the train to the airport. The other stops are tram stops within Mannheim, the main station is the first one to show up on the bahn.de website.

You can just type in the city names or airport codes and proceed. The system will pick automatically the right train station for you. Hbf = Hauptbahnhof = main train station The upcoming list is just name guessing. It can contain train stations or bus stops or whatever. DB timetable knows about all public transport in Germany. You can also query to/from any address. There is also no reason to query to/from Mannheim separately. The DB timetable will find automatically the fastest connections for you.
