Cinemas in Kabul are almost entirely Bollywood films. But of more concern to you is the audience is comprised of 500 men and 0 women. It is not wise to attend cinemas. Everyone downloads or buy cheap DVDs in the market to watch at home. On top of this, gather in a large group in a public place, with one exit, to partake in something considered "Haram" with far to many fundamentalist looking for an excuse is simply a poor decision.

There are quite a few cinemas in Kabul and agree with fluppy_bunny that they are mostly occupied by Bollywood movie and some of them also have Pakistani Pashtoo (movies) translated into Dari. Names are Cinema Pamir, Cinema ariana etc The cost should not be more than 100 Afghanis.
