Is it true that it's too dangerous for me (a women) to go around Kabul on my own? What if I wear a burka?
it's better to go with another people. i am male, but i have been sexually harrassed for 5 times in kabul only, also 6 times in northern pakistan. i dunno whether they are also interested on girls (i guess so), so just be careful.

i am in kabul right now on a television assignment. things have improved in many ways over the past year since i was here last. people do seem to be roaming around more freely, both men and women. Then again, nothing here is going to be predictable, so yes, perhaps venturing out with someone else is a better idea... and dresswise, a simple headscarf will suffice.
