I am flying into Nice airport with my partner for a one week holiday booked to stay at Hotel Sainte Valerie in Juan Les Pins. Could anyone advise on how best to travel ie bus or train & costs involved. We plan to travel at the end of September so unsure if that affects regularity of services due to being out of season. Thank you in advance.
Do they check IDs a lot in Juan-les-Pins Clubs?
And which clubs are best for young people from 16-19 years old? (16year olds look old)
What is best option for price and safety?
Where is the cheapest plAce to do a food shop?
I had a few questions about mass transit between JLP and Cannes:
1) Are trains safe during the evening? (Sometimes I come across articles about teenagers committing crimes on French trains at night. With the bad economy now, I just want to make sure trains are okay. I know the distance between JLP and Cannes is small, but would love to hear thoughts from people who have taken the train between the two stations); and
2) How much longer does the bus take than the train between the two locations?
3) Does the train offer a Weekly Pass like the bus does? Or is it pay-per-trip only by train?
Thanks so much for your help!
Is there still a teenager scene in Juan Les Pins in the evenings in late August? If so where, what day and what time is cool?
Does the Bus 200 Cannes still take you from Nice Airport to Juan Les Pins?
My daughter & I are traveling from Texas and I do not want to spend so much on a taxi from the airport. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you, Liz
I was just wondering where I could find any indoor/outdoor basketball courts in the Juan les Pins/Gulfe Juan area. The courts by my apartment are under construction and I don't know any decent place for my friends and I to go play. I did find another place in gulfe Juan but those courts were for kids (rims were 2 feet lower than they should be).
If anyone could help me then that would be great thanks!
Hi - I'm staying at the Hotel Welcome in Mid-May - how far is it to the train station? Assuming there is one in the Juan-les-pins area . . .
I'll be on that side fo the Cote d'Azur for 3 days 2 nights and would like to head up to Eze. Then day 2 head over to Monaco in the morning, changing of the guard, lunch, then take the train back over to Nice, then back to Juan-Les-Pins.
I'll have a car but would prefer to not navigate parking in Monaco or Nice. Any help would be appreciated! I've tried the SNCF web site but I'm not able to dig down into train schedules. Perhaps someone can direct me to one?
Thanks! - Adrienne

Could you please give the names of the best beaches to go to in Juan-les-pins?
I'm going to Juam les pins in August for a week with my 6 year old daughter. Does anyone have any recommendations for places to visit or beaches to go to? We are flying to nice and our flights return two weeks later so we need to find somewhere to stay after Juan les pins for one week, any suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated. Plus as I am a single parent I want to feel safe travelling so is there anywhere you would recommend that we should avoid? Thanks
Hello All, I am traveling to Juan Les Pins in March for two days (a Thursday and Friday) what are must see things in this area? What are some reasonably priced restaurants? How far is the Nice airport and what is the cheapest way to get there? Thanks Deanna :)
