I am wondering if there is a good place to swim near J-Tree?
I did not see anyplace to swim in the park either. I even took a picture of a "No Swimming" sign in the park with no water in sight. The only swimming will probably be in the pools at the motels.

Only pools at the motels and at the public swimming pool in Palm Springs, if you do not mind this little drive from the townships around the national park. There is a kind of a lake in the park but this is not for swimming. The water held by Barker Dam is only a rain-fed reservoir used by wildlife.
