renting or buying from the usa

Hello. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me if it is possible to rent/buy from the usa. (i.e) I want to rent a 3 bedroom apartment (furnished) in jeddah. Would it be possible to send the proper documents, and send a certain amount of money every month as required and have my residence in jeddah that I can go to anytime I wanted. If so can anyone tell me how? Thanks. i really like this site, people really get back to you with helpful info. Thanks for your generousity (anyone who is kind enough to share some info).
