hello everyone from america. i plan on being in jerusalem from friday, aug. 18, and stay until sept. 9 so i can help volunteer at Hazon Yashaya food kitchen--they are making up thousands of extra food to take to worn-torn north. anyway, i'll be staying at the palm hostel, and forgot if anyone has stayed there or knows of it's reputation? They have a web site and i have made my reservations, but was just interested if any locals know about it. it looks fine and friendly. also, is it near the bus station so i can take a local bus to the food kitchen? i guess it stops near there--and i can just ask the bus driver to let me out when he passes? i appreciate everyone's help-----and I continue to pray for Jerusalem.
