Hello, Bus # 6 Connects the railway station, the city center near Ben-Yehuda pedestrian zone, and the northwest section of the Old City Wall. To go to the Kottel (Wailing Wall) you can either walk from there (about 20 min through the Old City markets, an experience not to be missed!), or take bus # 1 which circles the Old City Walls on the outside and will bring you to the Kottel.

Why would you find yourself in Jerusalem's train station? Currently it is totally impractical to reach Jerusalem by train, as it takes at least double the time and the Jerusalem train station is in the middle of nowhere - far from anywhere a tourist may want to be.
OTOH, if you are going for the train ride itself (quite scenic) that's another story. :)

Get on bus number 4 or א 4 at Malkha Parking Lot near Jerusalem Malkha Train Station to Ben Yahuda Street and get off at the stop "King George / Ben Yahuda".
