myself wife and 2 boys will be arriving in jersey on 28th july 09 for 7 nights stay.would anyone have any information on hireing a camper van or static caravan on the island.my wife does not like tents so it would help me out.many thanks
hiya i assume you mean jersey CI (UK) try the jersey tourist board or just google jersey tourism and see what it comes up with when i was there last ( about 10 years ago) we stayed at PONTINS ( both have closed since) and i do not think there is much in the way of large caravan sites on the island anyway but try anyway and enjoy jersey when you get there its lovely keep trying to get the other half to go but he doesn't fancy it -

The official tourist information site has an accommodation search engine (and will list all available accommodation): jersey.com/english/accommoda... You can check caravan availability there. Jersey is a small and popular island and its limited availability gets booked up quickly (and you are travel in the UK school holidays). It would be best if you made a booking as soon as possible.
