Information on the Miramar Hotel

We are visting Jersey for the first time. My Husband, a Fourteen year old son and me. We would like people's views on the Miramar Hotel in St. Brelade's bay. Can you answer the following questions. -Would this be suitable? -Are rooms non smoking? -Is it a good location? Any views would be appreciated.
