Can anyone inform me on dates of the 2005 edition of the Festival del Otono de Jerez? Does it start on Saturday the 3rd or Sunday the 4th of September? What are some of the activities openning the Festival?
Jerez Tourist Site turismojerez.com/index.php?i... Dates given for the Festival are 4th to 23rd September - they don't seem to have published the programme yet. This site does seem to be a little late with the details every year, so bookmark it, and try again later on. I've had a search on Google, without any further success. I can't lay my hands on a programme, but I have found some details for 2003 which gives an idea. The festival starts with the ceremonial crushing of the grapes on the steps of the cathedral. I like EL GALLO AZUL right in the centre near the shops but you may think this is too touristy but they do nice... more
