Urgent Car Rental Advice Required

Hi everyone, I am from Singapore. My gf and I will be going to Jeju from 01 Apr(Sun) to 04 Apr (Wed). Could someone kindly advise: 1. Is it better to rent a car via email/ phone or approach the rental companies directly in Jeju? 2. Is it cheaper to rent a car from the airport or city area? 3. Any recommended car rental companies/ English websites to check out? Thank you!
