I'm arranging a weekend in Brussels for a group of 12 adults. On the Saturday night I'm trying to find a bar/club that has a restaurant attached to it where we can have something to eat first, then a bit of partying until late. Nothing too pricey/flashy - group age range is late 20's to mid 30's.
Anyone got any recommendations of somewhere suitable? Ideally centrally located (no more than 15 mins walk from Grande Place)
I've booked tomorrow night in a hotel on the Henegouwenkaai 33, Brussels, 1080. I need parking for tomorrow (late afternoon) and Monday all day.
So, I would like to know:
- can I park on the streets at or near this address and what would I have to pay?
- at this address, do I have anything to do with red, blue and green zones?
- at this address, do I have anything to do with the 'bewonerszone' where one would need a parking pass type A?
- what is the nearest P+R?
We are about to move to brussels, and we found this nice appartment in Ixelles, rue Cans, near the Chaussée d'Ixelles ... turns out it's a terribly unsafe area to live, especially with a child. Can someone who know Brussels tell me if the whole Ixelles area is to be avoided, and in which area we could find a 2 bedrooms furnished appartment for less than 1000 EUR a month?
