Has anybody a recommendation for low priced accomodation for 2 persons, march 11 - 16 2005 (5 nights) near Ivalo? Saariselka is also very much appreciated. Is it reasonable to visit the North Cape from Ivalo in a one-day-trip?

It's 421km one way according to www.viamichelin.com

Hi! The centre of Inari municipality is named Ivalo. You find accommodation possibilities at http://www.inarilapland.org (choose "Pages in English" on the left and then "Accommodation") or inarilapland.org/accommodati... . But notice that the area of Inaru is very large and distances may be very long! You also find more information at http://www.tte.ch/finland/lapland/ - auch auf Deutsch!
