I saw there is some difference between the price with regional and frecciaossa train. what other differences besides the travelling time.
For example: Siena to Naples.
Regional train need to stand if no seat available?
Or the seating is smaller?

Regional trains are slower, do more stops than freccia rossa or intercity trains and yes, if the train is full you must stand.

It can take very long to do Siena-Naples with regional trains, as you would need to make more changes (at least in Florence and Rome). And of course, since you cannot book your seat, you should stand if there are no seats available. On the other hand, it would be the cheapest option by far.

Dr. Corra pretty much answered your questions...the size of the seating will depend on the type of carriage, which can vary for even the same train from time to time, so it's hard to generalize. Regional trains are likely to have older and less expensive carriages.
On regional trains, since the trips taken are often shorter, some people choose to stand anyway, like in the open area in the carriage where the doors are (sometimes the center, sometimes the end).
Regional trains are also more likely to have the occasional beggar or musician wandering through, but if you ignore them, they don't persist.
There is little point in traveling first class on a Frecciarossa train, as all seats even in 2nd class are reserved...but some people do choose to pay for first class on a regional train just because most Italians won't so there is more likely to be a seat available.

The regional trains make alot of stops. The tickets are alot cheaper but they can sometimes take double the time to get to your destination. I really recommend spending another 20 euro and not getting the regional train.

Regional trains are normally 40% cheaper. The advantage in terms of time of arrival is usually 20 to 45 minutes difference on the short distances (say between 150 and 250 kms).
