Do the Bosporus cruise boat trips run in February? Is it too cold?
I was in Istanbul in December and it was in operation. They give you special individual covers, but it was still quite cold.

Toursim does not stop in the winter. As #1 says, it's damn cold, but still operational.

Now we are in February, still snow on the ground and tomorrow snow will be away. Cold ; Yes wheather is cold but ferries have covered areas and heated. So do not miss the tour. All the best

just to add, Istanbul Municipality has twitter pages called @ibbbeyazmasa If u need details about all kind of public transportation or smilar matters, u may ask them. They are very good ( Operating from 08.00-24.00 local time)

There are always the boats that just run as bus services up and down the Bosporus even if the touristy trips are quiet. I've done it in April a week after it snowed but we got bright sunshine - so I'd imagine on the best days it being cold but sunny.
