Transportation Israel to Jordan

hello, I will be walking part of the Israel National Trail in April/May, finishing in Jerusalem. I would like to go to Jordan for one week, to take in Petra and possibly wadi rum, I may not need return transport. Is there a tour company doing tours leaving from Jerusalem or Tel Aviv? Thank you.
