I don't think it gonna rain so much that you would need 4 BOATS for roaming around Islamabad.

What do you mean, "Renat A moter Boat...we want 4 boat on rant base?" If you want to "rant" in Pakistan, rant about India or the US, and how they mistreat Pakistan so much; then you will fit right in with the locals. Have fun!
