Need information on Hongkong visa for Pakistanis

Can any Pakistani Vter tell me procedure to apply for Hongkong tourist visa? I want to go there this year but dont know if its better to apply through travel agent or directly with embassy]. Do they have embassy in Islamabad? What is their procedure and how long it take them to give visa? thanks
