I am a doctor from Karachi and I will be coming to Islamabad for 2-3 days in the first fortnight of March05. My wife and a year-old daughter will be accompanying me. Can somebody tell about decent hotels/guest houses in the range of Rs.500 to 1000 per night?
It's not as cheap as you are looking, and I'm not personally aware of any guest houses that cheap, however, executive guest house in f7 on street 42 will run you about 1500 or so before tax for you and your family, also, Orchard guest house is around 2200. I know that's out of your question, but just a reference incase you can't find something.
