Ocean Resort in Playas De Las Americas

Just booked our first all inclusive holiday in the Ocean Resort in Playa De Las Americas. If anyone has stayed there we would really like to know what you thought (good or bad) and any places worth a visit. We have two young children, so please let us know how you think they will enjoy it. Thanks
