the palms in golf de sur

hi, thinking of going to golf de sur again, been there three years ago, does anyone know anything about the palsm, complex? also in the san blas area where the bars/restaurants are, does anyone know if a quiz master called rossi boy is still there? and what about guillivers restaurant? thanks
