Can anyone suggest the best way to get to Formentera from France? I will be staying near Paris in April and want to visit the Beleares Islands, esp. Formentera
Almost the only way to get there as it has no airport and is very closed to Ibiza, is getting first there and after take the ferry to Formentera, there are several a day (it might be one each hour). From Ibiza you can get there and return even on the same day. and from Paris to Ibiza, by plane, or to Barcelona by car or train and after bus or boat. The ferry from Barcelona to Ibiza takes the whole day on the way to the Island and the whole day returning to the Peninsula and cost around 70 to 90 euros return.
