Airfare and hotel ?

Looking for good airfare and a reasonable hotel with pool, near north beach. Any suggestions. Have not been to Isla Mejeres before. Looks great.

    We are going to Isla for the first time Nov. 30- Dec. 10 & we are staying at Posda Del Mar. It has a pool & the nice beach across the street. Hope this helps.
