My husband and I have booked a week in a beachfront burre and are really looking forward to it. We have searched all the sites and can't find any pictures of the inside of these huts. Has anyone stayed in one. Just want to know what to expect.
Have a look at a VT review here Iririki Island Hotels

They dont really have a beach as such....just a small area for launching kayaks and such. They have over water bungalows and garden bungalows. When you enter to your left is a bathroom and to your right is a wardrobe and fridge coffee making area. Then it is just a room with bed(s), TV air con, with sliding door out to small private deck with chairs. If you have one facing the mainland it can be noisy with the boatyard across the way...it echoes across the water (so a garden bungalow is quieter). The apartments on Iririki allow children and you can also hear them when you walk past.
