change location

a boat from ecuador to iquitos?

i am in ecuador right now and would like to go to iquitos then from iquitos to brazil, i heard that there are boats, but anyone know the routing and in which town to catch the boat? thanks

    Im not 100% sure but Ive been told the only way to get to Iquitos via Ecuador is by a freight boat. Apparently this is possible but they only go on a certain day of the week. I only know this because Im thinking about doing the same. Good luck.
