Hi I am going to be in Ios in August for 4 nights in August with 3 others. I have been looking up accomodation & at the monet I am deciding between Pelagos Apartments or Paradise Rooms. Has anyone stayed in either? Pelagos seems to be in between Chora & Mylopotas & Paradise Rooms is near Mylopotas beach.Is it far from this beach to Chora? What would a taxi fare be roughly at night? Any info would be appreciated! Regards Linda

My traveling partner and I will be in Ios for 3 days in mid Sept. We are looking for suggestions of where to stay and what to see while there. We are 2 females in our mid 20's and enjoy daytime relaxation or sight seeing but also enjoy a nightlife atmosphere. What are the best areas of the island to stay in? Is it best to reserve a hotel or figure that out upon arrival? Any other suggestions on restaurants, bars, sights, etc. Thank you!

Hello! Last summer I´ve been in Ios with some friends, and we fall in love with the island, the party in there, and the magical aura it has. So we are thinking very seriously coming back this year, but a longer time. The plan is finding a job in a club, and be there all July and August. We need some information. We want to know how to get a job in there, we are thinking in sending by e-mail our curriculum to some clubs, but we are not sure if this will work. We also want to know when we should start searching for a job, and how much will we earn, if we find a job of course. Thanks you for your help!

Hi, I will be in Ios in the beginning of July for 3 nights, but will not have time to visit Santorini for a full day /night. I was hoping to take a day trip to santorini because I heard it's beautiful. Is this feasible? (based on time it takes to get there and back and time to check out the island for a few hours). Any idea on cost of ferry? Thanks very much in advance.

We need to get from Ios to Kusidasi on June 19. Any idea how to do this? I checked the major ferry websites but i am not seeing much.

Hi, I would like to already book a dorm bed in Francesco's for the summer for 5 nights from 1st of July, but there seems to be no online availability for those dates. It seems like they offer dorms until 30th of June, and then it stops... Why is that? Is Purple pig camping a good alternative? I am looking for a place where it's easy to meet others and have fun .

Hello!! I'm an Irish student heading to the party capital of Greece with a friend of mine for July and August. Just wondering if anyone knows how easy it is to get basic and affordable accomodation? Is the ferry service close to the airport in Athens (were getting in at 4a.m.)? Is Ios cheap (food,drink etc!)? Would you say we'd find accomodation pretty easily? Will it be the best summer of our lives?!!! Any info would be great,cheers!!!
