I am planning to spend about 4 days in the Bernese Oberland region and I would like to visit Kleine Scheidegg Jungfraujoch Lauterbrunnen Wengen Mürren Grindelwald Schynige Platte I am not sure if its possible to visit and enjoy all sites in 4 day, would like to get some advice on this and see which once I should drop. I would like to know which cities I should book my hotel in. I don’t prefer to move hotels every day on different cities but 2 nights in one place is fine. Would appreciate your views and tips. Thanks
You can get to all of these by train from about any of the places. I would spend all nights in the same place, probably Lauterbrunnen, Murren or even Interlaken. Interlaken has plenty of evening stuff like restaurants but then I love the trains so wouldn't mind going back up each day. Wouldn't plan on Jungfraujoch unless it's a nice day or it's a waste of time and money. Hope you have a great time.

You can definitely go to all of those sights in 4 days, depending on the weather! We just returned from a trip to that region, for 3 days, and visited all of them except Schynige Platte. The Rick Steve's Book on Switzerland has great tips for planning your itinerary. So does the Fodor's guide. We stayed in Interlaken, which is a great central location for exploring the area. Jen
