Reaching Interlaken from London / Paris

Hi, I want to be based at Grindelwald and go around Jungfrau and Mt Titlis. I want to fly from London to Basel and go back to Paris from Bern by train. If I have to do this, will the Swiss card be useful? what is the best way of getting around Grindelwald, Jungfrau, Mt Titlis and be back in Bern to catch the train to Paris? Looking forward to your help.
