Which is the limit of IDR you may get in the ATM machines ?
hi guys me and friend in bandung need to visit new tourism places that are in bandung or around Bandung any suggestions please ???
First of all I hope that the situation created by the Kellud volcano will become to the normality with the alerts reduced and the people doing their normal living
We are planning to visit East Java and going by land from Gogyakarta up to Banyuwangi , visiting Mt. Bromo and Mt. Ijen at the end of March
I know that things may change very fast, but do you think that in that time every thing should be recovered and that this route may be done without much risks and with the normal commodities ?
It should be good to prepare a "plan B" just in case ?
I hope every thing is much better on that side
Does anyone know of any hotels, resorts at Nusa Lembongan with sea views from your room?

If you are on a cruise ship which docks in Harbour Take tender into Lombok Can you just hire taxi on the dock to take you around for a couple of hours without having to pay the formidable cruise ship prices for tours
I am in desperate need for accurate advice please. I have searched on the Internet and most tourgroup sites say the journey from Labuan Bajo to Denge / Dintor by car is about 4hrs. But the guide I am talking to says its 7-8hrs! Can someone be so kind to confirm which is right?
Unfortunately my friend and i are on a budget and unable to afford the expensive tourgroup prices so we would like to book our own car with driver from Labuan Bajo. Has anyone booked before?? How much does it cost typically from Labuan Bajo to Denge?
The other option is to go from Nangalili by ferry to Mules. Has anyone taken this route before??
Also any idea whom I can contact to help book the homestay in Denge and Wae Rebo?
We leave next week so any tips on this would be most helpful.
I arrive jakarta at 22:35pm and the next day fly to makassar and then to Ratenpao...
I don´t know which flight to get from Jak-Mak because there´s only comfortable buses (recliner) from Mak-Rat at 9am, 9pm,10pm in all the bus companies...
What to do? Spend the day in Jakarta and get a flight about 6pm to get 9pm bus to Ratenpao? Get a flight to Makassar and spend the time until 9pm to get the bus?

Hi, if I have dinner at the restaurants in north Dago, is it easy to fetch a Taxi back to hotel at late hours? Want to bring hubby there for a romantic dinner for his birthday, but a bit worried about the transportation. Going there shouldn't b a problem since we leave from hotel. It's the coming back that I'm worried about.
Do you know if Lion Air is working reasonably in respect to punctuality and cancellations ?
Have they solver their internal problems ?
We are heading to Bali for two weeks for my 40th Birthday but have never been to an Asian country before (We are from New Zealand). What is the cost of having a private driver and car and do we need to prebook? We were thinking of renting a rental car as they seem a cheap option but have read this may not be a good idea. Are there places where it would be ok to self drive? We are thinking of spending time in Legian, Ubud and Amed but would love some opinions on this. Also what would be a good daily budget for a couple including food in May 2014?
We will be in Sumatra for only one day, from 6:00a.m. until 8:00p.m. on a Saturday in April, 2014. We would like to spend it with the elephants in Tangkahan. Can someone please tell us (1.) if it's feasible to make the journey from Belawan to Tangkahan and back to Belawan in that time period, (2.) the distance / how long the trip is from Belawan to Tangkahan, (3.) what types of transportation are available for this trip -- car and driver? train? bus? ferry? -- and (4.) whether one needs to make advance reservations for transportation and also to wash the elephants. Many thanks for any guidance you may be able to provide.

We are planning to make a quick visit ( 3-4 days) to Borneo to see the the orangutans and of course another animals in the area and all the culture that is all around

My partner and I are flying to Bali in May and I need as many suggestions as possible. Wether I need to just book something or organize not fussed.
It is our anniversary while we are there, and my partner isn't really really romantic, so maybe something that is just a little romantic for my purposes only :)
He gets bored easily, unless it obviously is something physical or interesting..however, he's not huge on culture and doesn't really like having tour guides.. Minimal time spent with tour guide would be fine, just not the whole day based on it.
We have white water rafting and quad bikes booked, and we will be going to waterbom.
Any day or part day trips anyone could recommend I would much appreciate.
I plan to travel to Padang this coming April with my family, around 11 pax including my mother who is using wheelchair. Which budget hotels (around RM100-RM150 per night) and what are the proposed interesting places to visit there.

I would like to travel to Bali for 4days 3 night. journey like what I have to do to be able to enjoy a vacation in Bali?
I am planning on going there March 2nd for approximately 20 days- how safe is it for a 72 year young widowed female to travel there? Is there any special precautions or particular hotel you would advise. Should I be looking at a different area that would be safer?
I'm traveling with a gf who dives and we are planning to stay one night in Labuan Bajo then go over to the Komodo Islands for diving & snorkeling. I don't dive though so was wondering if there's somewhere we can go for both?
- Any preferred recommendations for hotel in Labuan Bajo that has wifi? Don't need anything fancy really but please share if you stayed at somewhere you actually liked.
- heard a bit about Seraya vs. Kanawa, are these the best options to stay overnight or has anyone stayed at a nicer place? I'm more picky about my beaches ie. soft white sandy beach
- any divers out there who can recommend a dive center with 1-2days package with a tour to Rinca (to see Komodos) and overnight at one of the islands, with trusty instructors?
Hope to hear back some tips from you, Thank you!
Since I won a voucher for Bintan Lagoon Resort, I want to stay one night there.
But since I am also interested in travelling around the Island, I am thinking about renting a scooter for two days and make the following trip:
- Arrive in Tanjung Pinang Friday evening. Stay 1 night
- Rent the Scooter on Saturday morning, travel via Trikora Beach to Bintan Lagoon Resort
- 1 Night @ Lagoon Resort
- Travel back to Tanjung Pinang
Is this possible at all? Can you recommend a scooter rental @ Tanjung Pinang?
Thanks a lot for your replies!
I am travelling to Bali in June 2014 and I own a fancy dress shop in South Africa.
