Nice, safe and affordable place to stay at Surabaya

Hi, Unexpectedly, I will have to spend the night at Surabaya tomorrow Tuesday. Where do you guys suggest to stay? I am looking for a place in a safe area near the attractions of the city for less than 20 USD. Many thanks, Antonio
